How long does shipping take for custom craft kits?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Processing times may vary for personalized items, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.
Are the paints and dyes used in your apparel safe for children?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority. All our garments use non-toxic, water-based inks and eco-friendly dyes that are gentle on sensitive skin and comply with all safety regulations.
What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If your item is unworn and in its original packaging, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom-made items are final sale.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes! Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
