At Kids Art and Craft, we want you to love your fashion finds, but we understand if a piece isn't the perfect fit. We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
